Supplier Development

This role involves developing and supporting suppliers to drive performance in quality, delivery, price, and service while teaching new suppliers how to work with TE Connectivity. The position requires ensuring part quality, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to meet company standards and continuous improvement targets. The role includes managing supplier relationships within Hungary and neighboring CEE countries, with frequent business travel.
