Redwood Materials
Redwood Materials is seeking a Supplier Industrialization Engineer to scale printed circuit board assembly suppliers and meet aggressive production ramp schedules for its energy generation products. This fully on-site role involves ensuring supplier parts meet dimensional, functional, and reliability requirements while supporting capacity analysis, process approvals, and ongoing supplier performance audits. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align specifications and drive design and customer success targets.
Redwood Materials is building a domestic stockpile of critical battery materials and deploying large-scale energy storage systems to power data centers and the nation’s grid. The company recovers and refines end-of-life batteries and manufacturing scrap into battery‑grade materials, helping close the loop on the battery supply chain. By scaling recycling, materials production, and grid-scale storage, Redwood aims to secure resilient U.S. supply chains for electrification while reducing the environmental impact of battery production.
