Responsible for ensuring OSATs have an effective Quality Management System (QMS), certified to industry quality standards, and compliant with Semtech quality requirements. Drives OSATs to develop continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to achieve zero customer complaints, zero defects, and reduced variation and waste to meet quality and reliability goals. Reports to the Supplier Quality Engineering Manager.
