Supplier Quality Engineer

This role provides quality leadership to Tier 2 and below Automotive and Commercial Vehicle suppliers, serving as a liaison between BorgWarner and the supply base to ensure compliance with quality deliverables and expectations. The position involves facilitating strategies with the Supply Chain, leading cross-functional team alignment, and ensuring the flow of quality products into BorgWarner facilities. Responsibilities include managing supplier corrective actions, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and overseeing APQP/PPAP submissions to support new program launches.
