Supplier Quality Engineer

The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for establishing new suppliers and qualifying components for production while representing Supplier Quality Engineering on New Product Development teams. The role involves performing audits of suppliers' quality management systems, creating qualification plans, and managing the quality of purchased components. Additionally, the engineer leads problem-solving and root cause analysis activities to address supplier non-conformances and maintain minimum inventory levels of discrepant material.
