Supplier Quality Manager

The Supplier Quality Manager provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure quality excellence across Clopay’s global supply base, directing supplier quality and receiving inspection teams. This role establishes robust supplier governance from early design and sourcing selection through serial production and warranty resolution. The position serves as the primary authority on APQP, PPAP, supplier auditing, and defect containment while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive root-cause problem solving and continuous improvement.
