About this role

The Supplier Relationship Manager owns a strategic book of high-value suppliers and is accountable for their full lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewal, and reactivation. The role focuses on supplier retention outcomes, driving renewal forecasts, and identifying upsell opportunities while influencing internal processes to improve the supplier experience. The SRM works cross-functionally with product, billing, support, and operations to remove friction and optimize supplier outcomes. This is a hybrid role based in Lehi, requiring three days per week in the office.
