Supply Chain and Forecasting Manager

The Supply Chain and Forecasting Manager develops accurate short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts to align production and capacity plans with company objectives and customer needs. This role leads the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, leveraging data and ERP/MRP systems to minimize inventory issues and strengthen supply chain performance. The position focuses on continuous improvement and Lean principles to ensure proactive planning and operational readiness.
