Supply Chain and Operations Career Rotational Program

The two‑year rotational program offers recent graduates four six‑month assignments across supply chain, operations, customer service, planning, and logistics at Curtiss‑Wright's Brecksville, OH facility. Participants receive mentorship, on‑the‑job coaching, Green Belt training, and the opportunity to lead projects that improve processes, launch new products, and support procurement and forecasting activities.
