Supply Chain Change Management Manager

The Supply Chain Change Management Manager owns the end-to-end change strategy and execution for the I/O and SDM program, partnering with project managers to ensure new ways of working are deployed and sustained. This role leverages metrics, communications, and reinforcement mechanisms to drive behavioral changes and adoption across impacted teams. The position reports to the Transformational Program Manager and focuses on embedding change into integrated build and release plans.
