Supply Chain Management Consultant

The consultant will design and operationalize a standardized Cost-to-Serve (CTS) Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for UNFPA's Supply Chain Management Unit, consolidating costs across financial, procurement, and logistics sources. The role involves conducting an as-is assessment, defining the CTS framework, creating a data baseline, and building a transparent calculation model to support operational optimization and pricing work.
