About this role

The Supply Chain Manager, Procurement & Sourcing leads end-to-end procurement operations and product sourcing engineering while managing a team of Buyers, Sourcing Engineers, and Subcontract Managers. This role serves as the central point of contact for supply chain needs across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, and Facilities. The position focuses on developing sourcing strategies to ensure supply continuity, cost optimization, and quality while supporting business scaling efforts.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals including Buyers and Sourcing Engineers
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals for cost and quality
Negotiate complex commercial terms and Master Supply Agreements to establish best-in-class pricing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fieldMBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related technical fieldactive U.S. TS security clearance
