About this role

This role leads the Southeast Asia (SEA) Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) strategy, serving as the primary liaison between commercial teams, customers, and supply planning. You will collaborate across functions to refine demand forecasts using advanced analytics, manage new product introductions, and optimize end-to-end supply chain performance. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management, implement value-added services, and drive cost-saving optimizations to support local and global supply chain initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly Integrated Business Planning cycles with Finance and Commercial teams
Develop long-term and short-term demand plans using statistical modeling
Manage New Product Introductions to ensure on-time market launches
Optimize inventory levels and mitigate potential supply shortages
Audit supply chain processes to identify cost-saving opportunities
