Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager leads the end-to-end flow of materials, information, and inventory across Cambridgeport's custom air handler and data center CRAH product lines. Reporting to the EVP of Operations, this role designs and oversees the supply chain system, including sourcing strategy, S&OP, inventory policy, and inbound logistics, to support the company's growth toward $125M in revenue. The position requires a strategic leader with deep HVAC or industrial manufacturing experience to manage supplier networks, drive operational discipline, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable on-time delivery.
