Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for a ghost kitchen concept, ensuring production facilities and kitchen locations have the right ingredients, packaging, and products available at the right time while maintaining appropriate inventory levels and controlling costs. This role involves demand planning, materials planning, inventory management, purchasing coordination, warehousing, and outbound distribution. The position requires balancing inventory investment against working-capital targets while ensuring product availability and minimizing waste. The role also includes supporting food safety compliance and implementing supply chain systems and reporting tools.
