This role is a high-autonomy Logistics Dispatch Control Tower Representative within Accenture's Service Supply Chain business, where the candidate acts as a Business Subject Matter Expert for BPaaS and Managed Service solutions. Responsibilities include owning orders end-to-end from parts identification to field engineer dispatch, managing real-time logistics workflows, and ensuring strict SLA protection in a fast-paced B2B tech repair environment. The position requires partnering with business development, coordinating with 3PLs and carriers, and independently driving incident control and escalation when service risks are detected.
