The Operations Manager leads the Supply Chain operations for awarded solar tracker projects, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment, delivery, and post-sales execution. This role manages an Operations Specialist team and serves as the operational bridge between Sales, Project Management, Procurement, and Finance. The position focuses on owning and improving processes, tools, and KPIs to achieve on-time, in-full delivery and accurate project financials while maintaining ERP and import compliance. The role is hybrid, based out of the Irvine, CA office with a significant onsite component.
