The Supply Chain & Operations Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) is a 24-month development program offering participants two 12-month assignments across various Supply Chain and Operations functions. Participants gain hands-on experience in areas such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and Sourcing while receiving formal training and strategic project exposure. Upon successful completion, associates are eligible for key roles within the Supply Chain & Operations organization based on business needs and career interests.
