About this role

Eli Lilly is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to serve as the local nexus for project management, continuous improvement, SAP subject-matter expertise, OSSCE coordination, and Power BI analytics stewardship at the new Kenosha County manufacturing site. This role drives operational excellence by managing supply chain projects, optimizing processes using Lean and Six Sigma, and serving as the go-to knowledge center for SAP Warehouse Management systems. The specialist will also govern Power BI workspaces, develop dashboards for key KPIs, and coordinate with global IT and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects from scope definition to delivery
Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
Serve as subject matter expert for SAP Warehouse Management systems and configurations
Design and maintain operational Power BI dashboards tracking key supply chain KPIs
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure on-time and on-budget project outcomes
