Supply Chain Planning Manager

This role plans, controls, and manages scheduling activities for the Hobart manufacturing site, balancing production and inventory with demand to meet customer service and operational targets. The position serves as a subject matter expert for scheduling functions, leads site-level SIOP efforts, and drives coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing alignment. The role involves leading a team to develop master production schedules, detailed production execution plans, and material procurement requirements while maintaining performance KPIs.
