The Supply Chain Program Lead – Cooling will work with Category Management and Strategic Sourcing to develop and lead the Supply Chain organization in executing the Supply Chain strategy required to support the company’s growth in the data center cooling market. The role will establish a scalable, competitive, and resilient supply chain for pumps, hydraulic systems, and associated components used in data center cooling applications. Working cross-functionally with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Product Management, and Commercial Teams, the Program Lead will ensure the supply chain meets required cost, capacity, quality, lead time, and delivery performance in all the defined strategic projects.
