Royal Caribbean Group
The Supply Chain Rotational Program is a two-year rotational program based in Miami, Florida, designed to build future leaders within Royal Caribbean Group’s Supply Chain organization. Participants are hired at the Buyer II (Analyst) level and complete four, six-month rotations across core supply chain functions to build broad business exposure and accelerate development. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to be considered for a Buyer III (Senior Analyst/Sr. Buyer) role, based on performance and business need.
