Supply Chain Supervisor

This role leads the end-to-end management of the Device Care Center in Mexico, overseeing logistics, diagnostics, repair, and fulfillment processes for electronic and mobile products. The leader ensures operational KPIs, quality standards, and turnaround times while acting as the primary liaison between Assurant and third-party logistics providers. Key duties include driving continuous improvement, managing risk and compliance, and supervising technical quality across the value chain.
