About this role

The Supply Planning Manager at Agropur converts demand forecasts into executable manufacturing and material supply plans across seven US sites and an external co-packer. This role leads supply planning by balancing customer service, inventory investment, capacity utilization, and cost while driving alignment between production, purchasing, and finance. The position is critical to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.

Responsibilities

Manage master supply plans across multiple manufacturing sites
Lead Rough Cut Capacity Planning evaluating operational constraints
Own and lead the Monthly Supply Review within IBP/SIOP
Optimize inventory policy across manufacturing and distribution nodes
Lead and develop a team of supply planners
