Technical Support Engineer on NiCE's Public Safety Advance Support Team based in Pune, providing expert L3 support for public safety recording, playback, analysis and monitoring applications. The role is part of a global organization, interacting with regional support teams and customers worldwide to ensure issue resolution and product adoption. The position follows a hybrid work model (2 days office / 3 days remote) and reports to a Technical Manager as an individual contributor.
