About this role

The role involves providing Level 4 support for Saviynt's AI-powered identity platform, troubleshooting and resolving break‑fix issues, and automating monitoring and incident prevention. The engineer will configure observability tools, manage incident, change and problem processes, and produce health reports for the cloud platform while collaborating with business and DevSecOps teams.
