Support Partner

The Support Partner role involves partnering with State and Centre Leadership Teams to drive performance uplift, strengthen leadership capability, and support the delivery of strategic priorities across early childhood education and care centres. This position focuses on coaching teams to enhance operational effectiveness, maintain health and safety standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires a strong background in ECEC, including knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
