Support Services Director

The Support Services Director serves as a key member of the Country Senior Management Team, providing strategic leadership and oversight across Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Logistics, Administration, and Information Technology. This role ensures effective systems, resources, and internal controls are in place to enable quality program implementation, ensure donor and organizational compliance, and manage operational risks. The position involves advising the Country Director on operational capacity and organizational risk while promoting accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
