Einride is seeking a Support Specialist to join the Energy and Charging Infrastructure organization, focusing on resolving customer issues related to EV charging operations and infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting technical problems, managing customer communications, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless fleet electrification. This position plays a key part in maintaining charger uptime and supporting customers across a network of private and semi-public charging sites.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot charger logs and history
Onboard new customers and chargers establishing OCPP and cellular connections
Escalate technical issues to OEMs and contribute to support runbook development
