Support Staff Aide

Under the direct supervision of a certified staff member, the aide supports individual students, small groups, and whole classroom activities to ensure full access to materials and necessary social and emotional support. The role involves assisting with academic work across various subjects, reinforcing learning, and supporting students with special needs to maximize inclusion and achievement of IEP objectives. The position also requires collaboration with the child study team and related service providers to ensure effective services and supports are in place for students.
