Willamette Family is seeking a Support Staff Specialist to join the care team within the withdrawal management and medical residential program at the Buckley location. This full-time role provides administrative, logistical, and direct client support to ensure a safe and structured environment for residents. The position involves managing telephone reception, performing general office tasks, and supporting resident well-being through crisis intervention and de-escalation. The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality, conducting drug screenings, and monitoring facility rules to uphold program standards.
