Chrysalis is seeking a Support Staff member to provide care and supervision for at-risk adults and juveniles with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The role involves teaching daily living skills, implementing support plans, and ensuring a safe, healthy environment while promoting individual independence. This position requires effective communication, crisis management, and adherence to strict safety and behavioral guidelines.
Chrysalis provides intermitent or 24 hour care for people with intellectual disabilities. We offer a residential program as well as a foster family option complete with day services, behavioral, nursing, activity planning, and other services. We also offer ABA services for children and adolescents with Autism.
