Under the supervision of certified staff, this role assists teachers by working with students individually and in small groups to reinforce reading, math, and other skills, and helps with classroom management, record‑keeping, and non‑instructional duties. The position also supports students with special needs, participates in IEP processes, and may accompany students on field trips.
