Waythrough
The Support Worker (Community Connector) will provide practical advice, advocacy and person‑centred support to individuals affected by drug and alcohol use, helping them navigate services and develop personalised recovery plans. Working within the Assessment & Engagement Team, they will welcome service users, assist with assessments and care planning, and collaborate with health, housing and community partners to promote recovery.
