Support Worker - The Trees - Direct Services

The Trees Short Breaks and Supported Living Services is seeking a Support Worker to provide person-centred care and daily assistance to adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. This role involves delivering high-quality support to promote independence, manage personal care, and engage with service users using various communication methods. The position requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a 24/7 service rota.
