Support Worker

The role provides supervision, training, and assistance with daily living activities for a 19‑year‑old male with brain injury and other neurological disabilities. The worker will offer reminders, support, and help with self‑care, social, recreation, community, and domestic skills on a per‑diem schedule, Monday‑Friday. The position requires a valid NY driver’s license, a vehicle, and the ability to lift 50 lb.
