Support Worker

This role involves providing support to a woman with complex long-term disabilities, including autism and ME, to help her develop independence in her own home. The position includes assistance with housekeeping, shopping, cooking, and intimate personal care, alongside building confidence and providing companionship. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to enable the individual to join local community activities and manage daily tasks.
