Support Worker

This role ensures the safety and well-being of residents in a Mental Health Assisted Living Facility by providing practical and emotional support to help them live as independently as possible. The position involves assisting with daily activities, preparing meals, monitoring health status, and maintaining a therapeutic residential environment. Support workers also advocate for the agency, manage resident records, and participate in staff training and meetings.
