Supported Decision-Making Supervisor

The Supported Decision-Making Supervisor collaborates with facilitators to advance Supported Decision-Making Agreements and provides operational, programmatic, and administrative support for AIM's service delivery model. This role involves direct supervision of facilitators, quality oversight, and mentorship to ensure the integrity of the facilitation process. The supervisor works with the administration team on training, outreach, and partnerships to promote a person-centered, rights-based approach for individuals with developmental disabilities.
