About this role

The Supporter Relationship Coordinator will manage and grow relationships with existing donors in Malaysia, using both offline and online fundraising methods to improve donor engagement and retention. Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, the role focuses on data‑driven retention projects, middle‑donor development, storytelling, and coordination of communication materials and supplier relationships.
