Supportive Care Consultant

The Supportive Care Consultant provides information, support, and service referrals to individuals impacted by cancer, their families, and the community through telephone and face-to-face interactions. This role involves contributing to the day-to-day operations of the Rockhampton Hub and developing relationships with health professionals to raise awareness of services. The position focuses on administrative and client support rather than clinical care.
