The Oncology Infusion Pharmacist Supervisor provides clinical and operational leadership for oncology pharmacy services within the infusion center. This role oversees pharmacy staff, ensures the safe and efficient delivery of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care treatments, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. The supervisor is responsible for regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, staff development, workflow management, and promoting evidence-based oncology practices to ensure exceptional patient care and medication safety.
