SUPV PRODUCT ENGINEERING

This role leads global design for sustainability (VAVE) and continuous improvement initiatives across engineering teams to optimize costs and quality. The position involves managing CG packs, driving DFMEA and tolerance stack-up analysis, and ensuring strict adherence to AS9100 plant standards and regulatory requirements like REACH and RoHS. The incumbent will establish key performance metrics, oversee proof of concept audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute technical deployment projects.
