Surety Services Coordinator

This role is primarily accountable for coordinating complex surety services for small to medium-sized clients, managing the entire bonding process from underwriting information gathering to client education and support. The position involves developing and maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders, preparing marketing submissions, and providing expertise on contract and commercial surety matters. The coordinator also assists in sales development, cross-training, and overseeing accounts receivable collection processes.
