Surety Underwriter Trainee

UFG is seeking a Surety Underwriter Trainee to join its growing Surety Department, providing on-the-job training in financial statement analysis, contractor application reviews, and credit report assessments. The role involves learning to make recommendations on existing and new business, determining submission acceptability, and working toward profitable growth while meeting department goals. Trainees will also gain exposure to agency and contractor visits to market UFG Surety products.
