Surety Underwriter

This role supports the Vice President of Surety Operations by maintaining the Surety Department's client base and book of business. The position involves providing underwriting guidance to the Sales and Revenue Team, assessing risk through financial and WIP analysis, and negotiating bond approvals with surety underwriters. The ideal candidate will develop relationships with clients and industry professionals while managing spreadsheets and systems to track work.
