Downer is seeking an experienced Surfacing Supervisor to lead and manage a surfacing crew in Whanganui, New Zealand. The role involves planning, organizing, and directing surfacing and sealing operations to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery. The successful candidate will mentor the team, maintain a Zero Harm safety culture, and ensure all productivity, financial, quality, and safety targets are met.
