Surfacing Supervisor

Downer is seeking an experienced Surfacing Supervisor to lead and manage a surfacing crew in Whanganui, responsible for planning and executing surfacing and sealing operations to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery. The role involves hands-on leadership, mentoring team members, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards. This position requires a strong technical background in surfacing and the ability to drive productivity and financial targets in a dynamic environment.
