Surgery Coordinator

This role assists patients with hospital surgery preparation in an ophthalmology practice, aiming to promote confidence and ensure a smooth surgical experience. The position coordinates all pre-surgery activities, including scheduling, data collection, and patient communication, while acting as a liaison between patients, surgeons, and other medical facilities. The job may be based in any of the Horizon Eye Care locations.
