Surgery Coordinator

The Surgery Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of surgery scheduling, including insurance verification, pre-certifications, and maintaining physician calendars. This role requires excellent communication skills to coordinate with managed care organizations, physicians, and hospital departments while providing professional customer service. The position also involves assisting physicians with in-office procedures and cross-training for Medical Assistant roles as needed.
